Ive been clean & sober now for 13 months & 9 days from drugs & alcohol. My life has changed big time! yes life comes at us big time (just part of life) but we learn to go through the crap & deal with our lives without the useing of substances. Its easy to numb our feelings & its hard not to continue the same old behavior.
