About Me:

50 yrs of age, I'm a Musician (Bluegrass Music) I play the Guitar, Mandolin, & Upright Bass. I sing as well (lead,tenor & high baritone) I'm a self taught Musician. I started playin guitar at 5 yrs old. I wanted to be a rock star. My first guitar was a stella steel string. My first electric guitar was a Fender Mustang. I currently play & perform with 2 bluegrass bands. We play all sorts of gigs all year long. It's a ton of fun & I hope I can continue doing this for the rest of my life!
I love to cook & eat of course. I love all ethnic foods & people of course. I love to camp, backpack, ride my Mt Bike, go to the movies, garage sales, antique swaps, take road trips, fishing. I have a wonderful family (whats left of it) I have a hundreds of friends. I also work as a freelance residential house painter & swimming pool tech.

Its about Time!!

35 yrs of Drug & Alcohol use & abuse has left me bent up & close to being broken. 2006 was a great year! Its the year I decided to change my life, get clean & stay clean! I'm a living example of someone that can do that!!

Ty for the welcome. I am not too familiar with this site, so I don't communicate too much yet. I'm still struggling with some symptoms, the shaking is still present, but am holding my own... and am coming here every day to read testimonies and comments. Hope to participate more actively soon.
