Hey Jas,sorry if i worried anyone was having trouble with my moods but been put on medication for it the choice was either drink and sedate myself or go to the doctor tell him how low i was feeling ask for help and do something about it so i done the latter, thankgod i didn't drink, but i came so,so damn close, hope all is well with you, chat soon Dana .xx
Jason, thanks for the hello a couple weeks back. I got sidetracked back in September when I tore some knee ligaments (or something - passed on the MRI) and that took care of any alcohol issues for awhile as I couldn't drive. So I gradually stopped visiting LR and spent more time researching physical therapy, that sort of thing. Anyway, I'm back and wanted to say "hi". Have you been to any f2f meetings in the area?
Thanks for the welcome Jason ! Good to be here. Currently attending LR meetings in San Rafael (part of the residential program) and in SF on weekends. Good luck to you and look forward to getting to know you...Best, Louise

congratulations on getting back to the sober side. Sounds like exercise is a big part of your recovery. I am starting back to walking and free weights to improve my over all being.
Hey, J. I hope things are going well for you this week. It's been stressful for me, but I'm doing really well avoiding temptation. Caught another meeting this week. Our group has some young people in it (much younger than me,) and I really relate to them better than the old farts. I hope that your meeting experience is improving.
glad your ok and back to 3 days sober. Is it just weekends and going out that you drink or is it usually all the time. My drinking was pretty well all at home and all days when I could get it. Whats it like where you live is it a city or country or what? I would be interested to know.
